How much does cleaning or management cost?
Every property and service requirement is different. Contact Sonette to discuss the work you need and receive an individual quotation.
Can you prepare my holiday rental between guests?
Yes. Holiday rental cleaning and guest changeovers can include kitchen and bathroom cleaning, bed making, linen changes, restocking, presentation and pre-arrival checks. The scope is agreed for your property.
Can you help me set up a new holiday rental?
Yes. Sonette assists with Airbnb, Booking.com and other platform setup, listings, property preparation and ongoing booking and guest coordination.
Do you provide laundry services?
Laundry is coordinated through outsourced laundry providers as part of your agreed service. Fynbos Property Care does not operate an in-house laundry.
Which areas do you cover?
Hermanus and surrounding areas. Share your property’s area with Sonette so she can confirm whether your requirements can be accommodated.
Are you available after hours?
General enquiries and cleaning business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, South African time. Holiday-home hosting and guest support are available 24/7 for managed properties.
